  • Yes! Even if your employer no longer offers Wagmo as a benefit, you can continue with Wagmo on your own. Just log into your existing account, head to Manage, and add a new Wellness Plan for your pet.

    Your new Wellness Plan will be effective on the day you sign up and your first payment is completed, so you can sign up right away for uninterrupted care.

  • No. Once your employer-sponsored benefit period ends, your Wagmo Wellness Plan will be discontinued.

    To continue, you’ll need to add a new Wellness Plan through your account. If you sign up for a new Wellness Plan it will have a full set of new reimbursement limits and a new effective date.

  • Your current plan year ends on May 31. You’ll have 30 days (until June 30) to submit any outstanding claims for eligible services received during that plan year. If you’re unable to submit through your account, contact support@wagmo.io for help.
