Wagmo Wellness reimbursements are fast and easy. Once you’ve enrolled in a Wellness plan, you can submit a claim for eligible services through our mobile app or website. Simply upload a photo of your receipt and we’ll take care of the rest. For the best experience make sure your receipt includes the date of service, clinic information, pet name, itemized services rendered and cost for each, as well as proof of payment.
Our team will review your claim and process your reimbursement within 24 hours. You can choose to receive your reimbursement via direct deposit, PayPal, or Venmo.
With Wagmo Wellness, your pet's health comes first. There are no waiting periods; you can utilize your benefits immediately after plan activation. Please note that we are only able to reimburse you for services after you have signed up. Vet bills incurred prior to joining Wagmo will not be covered.
All dogs and cats, regardless of pre-existing conditions, are eligible. Wagmo Wellness is designed to maintain every dog or cat's health through preventive measures. While it doesn't cover direct treatment or diagnostics for pre-existing conditions, it can help in maintaining your pet's overall health, which may limit the progression of some conditions.
With Wagmo Wellness, there's no annual deductible. Our goal is to provide immediate value to pet parents, with minimum financial stress.
Wagmo Wellness offers a wide array of preventive health services for dogs and cats. Depending on your selected plan, Wellness can offer reimbursement for things like routine exams, routine blood work, vaccinations and more. You can view your plan by logging into your account and navigating to your dashboard on wagmo.io or directly in our app. Once you are on the dashboard page, select "Your Plan," then scroll down and click "View Details" under "Wellness."
Some services covered under Wagmo Wellness plans have both a max reimbursement dollar amount and a utilization limit. For example, our current Value plan covers routine vaccinations at two per year up to $100. This means you can submit claims for up to two vaccinations or up to $100, whichever is met first. So if you submit vaccinations and the combined total is under $100, the utilization limit is exhausted and you cannot submit additional vaccination claims until the next plan year.
Generally speaking, our Wellness plans do not cover medication. However, the Classic and Deluxe plans can help reimburse for preventive flea, tick, or heartworm medications specifically.
