For Employer Plans
  • 1. Go to wagmo.io/enroll/start

    2. Fill out your first and last name

    3. Provide us with your employee ID or email address

    4. Receive an activation link via email

    5. Complete pet wellness plan setup via activation link

  • Members can enroll in Wagmo Wellness during the open enrollment period to benefit from the exclusive Wagmo rate. However, if life brings a new dog or cat during the year, don’t worry! Check in with your Benefits team to find out how you can add your new pet.

  • If a Wagmo member wants to add pet insurance, it's available as an add-on to their plan after their start date in the Wagmo app.

    While Wagmo Wellness focuses on preventive care for your dog or cat, adding a Wagmo Insurance plan can provide additional coverage for unexpected medical issues. Remember, our member support team is always ready to guide you through this process if needed.

  • Wagmo Wellness plans focus on supporting routine and preventative pet health costs, which typical insurance plans often don’t include. Therefore, Wagmo Wellness can complement any existing pet insurance plan, providing a comprehensive approach to pet health care.

  • If you leave your company for any reason, your pet wellness benefit will end upon your last day of employment. However, you can visit our website to sign up for a new plan at any time.

    If your new employer doesn’t offer Wagmo but you feel they might be interested, have your benefits administrator contact us and we’d be delighted to explore how our Wagmo plans could benefit the company.

  • Wagmo Wellness plans are designed as a 12-month commitment to ensure continuous care for your pet. However, we understand circumstances can change, and exceptions are made in cases like termination of employment or loss of a pet. Please contact Wagmo’s Customer Service with any questions.

Non-Employer Plans
  • Yes, if you haven't made a claim you have a 24-hour grace period to adjust your plan coverage or cancel for a full refund. Simply send us a support request and we'll get you set up. If you have made a claim and the 24-hour period has passed, we will have to assess a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the lesser of payments made minus the total of claims reimbursed, or the remaining payments on your plan. We know fees suck, but unfortunately, this is the only way we can protect ourselves from people signing up one day, using a whole bunch of services, and then canceling the next. We're definitely here to help you, but we need to stay in business to do so!

  • The health needs of our pets change over time, and by offering yearly plans we are able to offer our members significant discounts on all the things that keep them healthy. However, under the monthly payment option, claims may be reimbursed that have not been fully paid for. In order for us to commit to bringing you awesome discounts and benefits, we need you to be committed to us!

  • Log in to your dashboard, select "Add a Pet" at the bottom of the page, and fill out the information about your additional pet.
