Your premium may change depending on your pet’s age, breed, and location. But the good news is that our new insurance plans are designed to be flexible, so you can customize your deductible, reimbursement rate, and annual limit to find a monthly price that works best for you.
If you select a qualifying insurance plan, most conditions your current insurance plan covers will not be considered pre-existing to the new policy, through the Pre-existing Conditions Exclusion Waiver. This does not apply to knee and ligament conditions.
Your new insurance plan will begin the day after your current policy ends as long as you opt in before your policy’s end date.
We’re making this move so we can offer you better protection and more flexibility. It’s all about delivering a smoother, smarter insurance experience for you and your pet.
Your new Wagmo Insurance Plan will be underwritten by Independence American Insurance Company (IAIC) and administered by PTZ Insurance Agency, Ltd. Policies in New York and Washington will be underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company. It’s still Wagmo, just with even better behind-the-scenes support.
